As relative newcomers to the server, here's a little introduction to the town, it's policy and it's inhabitants:
The core group of players has been playing together for some time, having recently played on a server in which war could mean not only the temporary death of one's character but complete destruction of all property. But only if griefed a certain ambiguous way. Needless to say that after a brave series of wars we eventually took a bad blow and decided to leave for more peaceful pastures.
A few things we do a lot/well. Our buildings are normally large in scale and effort, and we take great pride in creating structures that are easy on the eye. In addition our military game is fairly good as well. Our towns are well-defended and planned to keep out intruders as a result of previous experiences. Our 1v1 pvp prowess is solid, but our real strengths lie in well executed assassinations and operations. Despite moving to this server to find a more peaceful experience, a certain hunger for battle lingers so feel free to test out our mettle. If you dare
.
So it is before the walls of Minas Tirith, the doom of our time will be decided. (Théoden)
On recruitment, a certain paranoia still exists about new people. But if you'd like to join us then get to know us a little in game, at some point we might be tempted to invite you to join us should we find any prospective recruit nice enough. We have some pretty crazy people in this group (as some of you may already be aware) and I'm sure we'd like to add to the current number of lunatics.
As for diplomacy we're open to any reasonable offers, however at this stage are not looking to join a nation.
Below is a nice little picture of Minas Tirith, a slightly modified/scaled-down version of the one seen in the movies. It isn't complete yet, but for these purposes it'll do.

It's likely we'll be creating some more movie-replicas once this current project is complete, keep an eye out for future posts if and when we feel compelled to show off our lack of lives.
Guess that's about it for now, sorry for the long-ish read.
